Persa Place master plan
Persa Place is a single 15-storey apartment tower on Plot T, the first high-rise precinct in the 18.2 ha SpringVille township. This page summarises the plot, floor layout, unit count and parking as described in the project materials.
Plot T at a glance
The legal project name is Khu chợ và dân cư Dân Xuân (Dan Xuan market and residential area); Persa Place is its high-rise Plot T. The figures below are for Plot T only, not for the whole SpringVille township.

Building coverage is the share of the plot occupied by the building footprint. It is not a commitment on green-space ratio.
Residential floors
According to the brochure, the typical residential floors are numbered 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 12A, 12B and 15 — twelve residential floors in total. The project Q&A states 35 apartments per residential floor, which matches the 420-apartment total.
The ground floor houses the gym and the 9 commercial units (7 single-storey and 2 two-storey); the lobby and library are presented in the brochure.
Private courtyard and entrances
The brochure ground-floor plan shows a resident-only courtyard with pools, BBQ pavilions, a social lounge, a children’s zone, a lawn and a green promenade. The plan has 35 numbered points, which include gates, fences and vehicle access — so it should not be read as “35 amenities”.
Building entrances are on SpringVille’s internal roads (Roads 15, 2 and 3), not directly on Tôn Đức Thắng Road (ĐT25B).
Parking
The April 2026 project Q&A lists resident parking for 55 cars and 794 motorbikes. Against 420 apartments, car spaces are limited and allocated under the building management rules; a car space per apartment should not be assumed.

Not by default. The April 2026 materials list 55 car and 794 motorbike spaces for residents, allocated under management rules. Ask about the terms when choosing a unit.
